HOW TO MAKE TURMERIC BLACK PEPPER GINGER TEA
1 cup water
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 piece ginger
1/2 tsp coarsely powdered ground pepper
1/2 tsp honey
Crush the black pepper, ginger & turmeric to form a blend.
Boil 1.5 cup water in a saucepan for few minutes
Add the turmeric ginger pepper blend to the saucepan and allow the herbs to cook.
Once cooked, strain the tea into a tea cup and add honey to sweeten. Also, add lemon while stirring.
You can also add cinnamon to it for taste.
Now the turmeric pepper tea is ready to serve!
