Refreshing Mint Lemonade
This is a real refreshing drink in summers. Not just Because of it Great taste but also because of amazing benefits of mint and Lemon. Mint has great healing properties that helps in digestion, source of vitamin A, Amazing stress buster, Improves brain power, Improves common cold. Lemon is a great source of Vitamin C, helps in weight loss and many more. So as a whole, mint and Lemon drink has lots of benefits like improving immunity, balancing body electrolytes, improves brain function. A great replacement of caffeine in summers.
So, here is the recipe for an amazing Summer:

Ingredients:
1. 5-6 Fresh Mint Leaves.
2. Half Lemon.
3. 1 tsp Honey(Optional).
4. Water and Ice.
Recipe:
1. Crush Mint Leaves and add in a glass of water.
2. Squeeze half a lemon. If lemon is small you may use one full lemon.
3. Add 1 tsp of honey. I would recommend if you are on a fat loss diet, you may avoid adding Honey.
4. Mix well and add some ice.
