Immunity is the most important aspect for a healthy body. It is really important to keep your immunity strong to prevent yourself from infections. India being the mother land of the oldest medicine science called "The Ayurveda", there are a few things we use in our daily cooking processes which we don't even realise how beneficial they are for the body. There are a few herbs which are found in every kitchen that have been proven to be most effective for improving the immunity and preventing some of the environmental and air borne infections and allergies.
So, here is a Herbal Tea which is a combination of few such herbs which will really beneficial for fighting and preventing the infections.
How to make Immunity booster Herbal tea
1. 4-5 Leaves Tulsi (Basil) 2. 1/4 tsp Dalchini(Cinnamon) 3. 1-2 Pinch Kalimirch (Black pepper) 4. 1/2 tsp Shunthi (Dry Ginger) 5. 2-3 Munakka(Raisin) 6. Lemon (to taste) 7. jaggerey (to taste if necessary) Recipe- 1. In one glass(250ml) of water, boil Tulsi (Basil), Dalchini(Cinnamon), Kalimirch (Black pepper), Shunthi (Dry Ginger), Munakka(Raisin) and jaggerey (to taste if necessary) 2. Boil for about 2-3 min or till the water remains 3/4 (175ml) 3. Drain it and let it cool just a little a bit. 4. Add some lemon and sip it hot.
