  3. Mint leaves (optional)


Instructions-

  1. Crush the fennel seeds lightly and add to a cup.

  2. Boil 1.5 cup water in a saucepan for few minutes.

  3. Add the boiling water in the cup, add the mint leaves.

  4. Cover it for 10-15 minutes.

  5. Drink the water and chew the seeds.
