Cancellation Policy

 

Cancellation before shipment:

We only allow cancellation before shipment (post-shipment the order can be returned based on the returns policy mentioned below). If the order or the item(s) that you want to cancel have not been shipped yet, you can write to us on fitnessdoors@gmail.com or call us on +91 7428384379.

Fitness Doors also reserves the right to cancel the order in case of unexpected circumstances like Ordered Item is unavailable or out of stock which may not have been updated on the website. In such cases, we will communicate via call / email / SMS stating the reason for cancellation.

 

In such cases, the order will be cancelled, and for pre-paid orders the money will be refunded to you within 24-48 business hours after the cancellation request is duly processed by us. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.

 

Cancellation post shipment:

We do not allow cancellation post-shipment. The order can only be returned in case it does not meet the standards as mentioned in our Returns policy.

 

How will I get refunded for the cancelled orders and how long will this process take?

 

In case of cancellation before shipment, we process the refund in the same account you paid from, within 24-48 business hours after receiving the cancellation request.

 

Returns, Replacements & Refunds

 

In what cases can I return a product purchased from Fitness Doors?

 

An item purchased by you will be eligible for return within 14 days of order delivery only when -

  • Product is damaged. If you found the carton box damaged/tampered or without the Fitness Doors label, please reject it at delivery and notify us via email / WhatsApp for us to take further action. We would advise you to take snapshots and video as evidence for claiming of damaged product.

  • Seal broken, Product looks fake, No QR code or Importer sticker. Please be informed that Fitness Doors provides only authentic and trusted products which go through our rigorous quality check parameters.

  • Product is beyond Expiry Date

  • Wrong item delivered

 

How to request for returning / replacing an item?

 

For placing return / replacement requests, you can write to us on fitnessdoors@gmail.com or call us on +91 7428384379 along with evidence and valid reason as mentioned above for returning the product.

 

How will I get refunded for the returned orders and how long will this process take?

 

In case of prepaid order, we process the refund in the same account you paid from, within 24-48 business hours after approving your return request. Your bank can take up to 7 days to process it.

 

In case of Cash on Delivery, we will need your bank account details to process the refund in your account. Optionally we may also issue the refund in Store Credit with your consent.

Training Programs

Refunds and Cancellation are not permitted for our fitness programs and services. Once payment for any training program is made, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. In case you feel unsatisfied with the services offered by your Trainer / Nutritionist, you can email us at fitnessdoors@gmail.com to take necessary action.
